How We Work:

  • After you fill out the “contact us” form, we will reach out to you to schedule an initial phone call to learn more about your specific organizing needs and challenges.
  • If we seem like a good fit to work together, the next step is a consultation. This can be done via Zoom (no charge) or in person (flat fee).
  • If you decide you want to engage In Order, Inc. to help get your home, office, finances, or estate organized, we will send you a Letter of Agreement. Once we receive the signed agreement with your deposit, we will calendar a mutually convenient date to get started.
  • We generally work one-on-one with you, either in person or virtually. It’s important for you to be involved in the process; you have to make the decisions about what to keep or donate – we won’t throw out your stuff! Also, the systems we create need to be right for you and how you live, work, and/or function in your space. Finally, if it just “looks better” but you don’t know where things are, you did not accomplish what you needed to…organization is about finding what you need quickly when you need it!

Policies:

  • Once we schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you. As a result, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, barring a true emergency.
  • A valid credit card is required to be kept on file. We will use that for the initial deposit, as well as any online shopping we may do for you (at your direction, of course). However, you may pay for your sessions with cash, check, Venmo, or a credit card – whatever is easiest for you.
  • The decision to donate or dispose of items is to be made by you and is your sole responsibility. In Order, Inc. is unable to retrieve items if you change your mind once they have been removed from your premises.
  • We ask that you remove any snakes and firearms from the premises prior to our session. If you have private, personal items that you prefer we not see, please remove those as well.
  • If you or someone in your household has been exposed to Covid within 5 days of a scheduled session, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment (without penalty) as our team has family members who are immunocompromised.
